As I was designing my samples for my Sunset and Moonrise card class, I thought about making a template for a clouds effect with punched out circles. So, I got out my larger circle punches and my scrap bag of Whisper White card stock (any color will do, but my Whisper White scrap bag was fullest) and punched a bunch.

Amber, the 22-month-old shopping princess (especially shoes!), loves pink. Her favorite this time is Pink Pirouette, which I accented with Regal Rose, and Sweet Always Designer Series Paper. I picked the Rose Red Grosgrain for the autograph pen tie, since it'll stand up to handling better. Her design is a little different because she was adamant that she wanted the "birdie" showing.

As you might know from my calendar, I'm getting ready to go to Disneyland and I'm taking my whole family. One of the things the grandkids like to do is get the characters' autographs, so of course I had to make them each a book.
This is Ryan's book. He chose the Card Stock colors and Designer Series Paper pattern: Garden Green and Prestwick. I decorated a 5" x 5" On Board Art Journal with Textured Garden Green, Vellum Paper and Star Designer Brads. I tied on a retractable pen with Night of Navy 1/4" Grosgrain Ribbon and it's ready to go.
The initial was cut with the BigShot and Serif Essentials Die. I printed the title on Vellum with the Jodyola font from the Write Me a Memory II CD.
Since the pages are made of card stock, they are strong enough for both autographs and pictures. This can become a special mini album very quickly.

Here is the 90-second Bitty Book page I made for my oldest granddaughter's kindergarten portrait. The black part represents her picture. I will be writing "Kindergarten" and the date along the pink edge. Can you guess that her favorite color is pink?
The actual size of the page is 3-1/8" x 3-1/4" to allow room for embellishments in the Bitty Book Page Protector. I used Pink Passion Card Stock and Sweet Always Designer Series Paper. I made the flower centers with a bubble of Crystal Effects and a coat of Cosmo Fine Glitter - the Rose Red color. The album and sleeve will match these colors. I'll photograph them when I've got them done.
