High Fashion Hallowe’en Snowcone Card
I call my Hallowe’en Snowcone Card “high fashion” because the main colors of Peach and Gray are a high fashion combination. In this case, we have Peekaboo Peach and Basic Gray. Basic Gray is a medium Charcoal color, which really elevates the scheme.
The Monochromatic Color Scheme for Hallowe’en is traditionally Orange and Black. In this design, Black is represented by Basic Black and Basic Gray, along with Smoky Slate and Silver. All of these are Neutrals, as is the Whisper White contrast in the background. Orange is represented by Peekaboo Peach and Pumpkin Pie, both from the Orange Color Group, with Tangerine Tango from the Orange-Red/Red-Orange Color Group. Red-Orange is adjacent to both Red and Orange, so Tangerine Tango can represent Orange as well. I didn’t want to make up a Monochromatic-Plus term, so I’m sticking with Monochromatic.
The high fashion combination of Peekaboo Peach and Basic Gray can be used for weddings, dinner parties and birthdays as well as Hallowe’en. The combination works well for cards, invitations and scrapbook pages.
