Real Life Color Coach Color of the Week: Sweet Sugarplum
Sweet Sugarplum is the Tint of the Violet-Red Color Group. It creates a nicely contrasting Monochromatic Color Scheme with its fellow group member, Rich Razzleberry, the Shade. I like the way the dark underlayer shows off the openwork design of the Detailed Floral Thinlits™ die-cut on the card front. The accents of Pearl Basic Jewels are White, which adds a little more contrast and coordinates with the envelope.
This color scheme is great for Purple and Burgundy lovers. Almost every Purple-lover I know likes all the members of the Red-Violet/Violet-Red Color Group. The combination works very well for Thank You, Birthday, Anniversary, Wedding, Get Well and Sympathy cards and page themes.
