Your Questions Answered – Right Away
I had a couple of people email me last week with questions on different topics. I replied and then realized that A) answering questions is a large part of what I do, and B) you may not have realized that I answer your questions as part of my business.
When you ask a question, I try to answer right away. This is usually within hours of the time I read your email, but I don’t read my email all the time. If you need an answer immediately, the best way to reach me is through my Help Desk at firstname.lastname@example.org. Just make your subject line the product, tool, technique or subject you’d like to know more about.
I also reply to comments on my blog, if I see them. Lately, it seems the update has reduced the ability of the blog to automatically notify me. So, if I don’t answer you within a couple of days, e-mail your question or comment to me at email@example.com. Let me know you commented on my blog, to, and I will put my reply both on the blog and in an email back to you.
In Summary, If you need an answer to any question about a product, technique, tool or any other subject of color or papercrafting, feel free to comment below or e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org. I’ll send you the answer and do a post about it. If you need your answer right away, you may always contact my Help Desk at email@example.com. Remember to make your subject line the product, tool, technique or subject you’d like to know more about.
